Members of the media are welcome to attend the MAS-ICNA Convention. To avoid delays with obtaining credentials on-site, we strongly encourage you to register in advance. Your press badge will be available on-site at the registration desk.
on site access approval will be extremely limited due to vetting and approval process, some exceptions might be granted based on case by case. Did not know that there is a request to complete before the event is not valid excuse to be granted exception.
Registered members of the media will have full access to all exhibit halls, keynote addresses and conference sessions once approved access.
To apply for accreditation, media representatives will be required to submit:
- Photo Identification
- A letter of assignment from a media organization
- A letter or memo outlining a specific story assignment from a publication (for freelance reporters)
- If registering onsite at the event without pre-registration, a business card or employment documentation
**MAS-ICNA defines “working press” as reporters, writers, editors, publishers, photographers, videographers, news artists, or webmasters who work for or produce publications, news services, broadcast outlets, or news websites that are issued regularly and primarily for the dissemination of news, and who will be attending the event for news reporting purposes.
MAS-ICNA reserves the right to deny a press badge to any person who does not regularly provide visible news coverage, at the discretion of MAS-ICNA staff.
