Planning for the 2025 MAS Annual Convention is underway, and we want you to join us in setting the stage for yet another record-breaking convention. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATIONS & BOOTH RESELLING:

  • To cancel a booth, please email the MASCON Bazaar Team at bazaar@masicna.com. Cancellation fees are outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
  • Booth transfers, subleasing or reselling is prohibited, no exceptions. If you are unable to attend, please contact the MASCON Bazaar Team to request a cancellation. Any Exhibitor found to be in violation of this policy will have their Exhibit closed without a refund.

FOOD & BEVERAGE:

  • Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from selling, giving away, or offering samples of perishable or freshly prepared food or beverages. Exhibitors who want to offer food/beverage samples of their shelf-stable/packaged food and beverages must seek authorization from the MASCON Bazaar Team in advance. Any Exhibitor found to be in violation of this policy will have their Exhibit closed without a refund.

  • Exhibitors and their staff are expected to follow Islamic standards of behavior & ethics when dealing with customers & soliciting business.
