Call for Submissions – Interdisciplinary Research for American Muslims

Muslim American Research Track at the 2025 Muslim American Society Convention

Track Overview: There is an urgent need for purposeful, collaborative, and practical research benefiting the American Muslim community. The Muslim American Research Track, which was previously the Research Track, builds on last year’s successes and aims to double the number of sessions due to a growing demand for sharing and translating rigorous research into action. Future plans for this Track include launching the Interdisciplinary Muslim American Research Conference as part of the Annual MAS Convention with multiple tracks and sessions across various disciplines.

Who should submit? The intended audience of the Muslim American Research Track is academic researchers, community researchers and research-orientation organizations, and research-curious individuals. Abstracts are expected to be rigorous and will be peer-reviewed by researchers from various disciplines.
