Planning for the 2025 MAS Annual Convention is underway, and we want you to join us in setting the stage for yet another record-breaking convention. Last year, we experienced a large increase in attendance and this year we anticipate more. Our nationally and internationally renowned speakers are sure to capture your attention.
The 2025 MAS Annual Convention will feature:

CANCELLATIONS & BOOTH RESELLING:
- To cancel a booth, please email the MASCON Bazaar Team at bazaar@masicna.com. Cancellation fees are outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
- Booth transfers, subleasing or reselling is prohibited, no exceptions. If you are unable to attend, please contact the MASCON Bazaar Team to request a cancellation. Any Exhibitor found to be in violation of this policy will have their Exhibit closed without a refund.
EXHIBITOR VEHICLES & DELIVERY:
- There are two options for loading/unloading at McCormick Place.
- Automobile and Small Utility Vehicle (ASUV) Program (Complimentary)
This complimentary program covers one trip using one vehicle to access the loading area for load-in & load-out.
Exhibitors have 20 minutes to unload their items and must park vehicle before returning to setup their Booth(s).
Please see guidelines for type of vehicle approved for use at http://www.mccormickplace.com/exhibitors/asuv.php - Truck Marshaling for Box Truck, Straight Truck and Trailer (non-ASUV vehicles) (Fee Based)
Truck Marshaling reservations and fees must be arranged with the General Services contractor. The advanced rate fee is
$150 per booth. The on-site rate is $300 per booth. This fee covers one trip using one vehicle to access the loading area
for load-in and load-out. Information regarding Truck Marshaling reservations and payment will be sent to Exhibitors
60 days prior to Bazaar.
- Automobile and Small Utility Vehicle (ASUV) Program (Complimentary)
- Exhibitors may only select ONE of the above options for load-in & load-out and may not utilize both options.
FOOD & BEVERAGE:
- Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from selling, giving away, or offering samples of perishable or freshly prepared food or beverages. Exhibitors who want to offer food/beverage samples of their shelf-stable/packaged food and beverages must seek authorization from the MASCON Bazaar Team in advance. Any Exhibitor found to be in violation of this policy will have their Exhibit closed without a refund.
